Barham Growers – Organic Rice Medium Grain Brown

It still retains its fiber and the germ which contains many of the most vital nutrients. Medium grain rice has a higher starch content so makes stickier rice.

The gluten in spelt has a lower level and different molecular make up than modern wheat. The grain is more fragile which, along with its high fibre content, makes it easy to digest. Some people who have an intolerance to wheat gluten, find that they are able to consume spelt with no ill effect.
