Mount Zero – Organic Olives Kalamata
$11.67Mount Zero Organic Kalamata olives are medium/large in size and picked black. They are firm in flesh, with a rich olive flavour. Kalamata olives are the classic table olive variety and are also fantastic in salads. Brine curing leaves these olives a dark burgundy colour and ensures the characteristic fruitiness of the Kalamata is preserved.

Our Organic Belgian Chocolate ice cream is made using the Finest Belgian chocolate. We then mix this cocoa with our traditional custard ice-cream base, made from our biodynamic cream and egg yolks. This is a rich and creamy dessert for the authentic ice-cream connoisseur.

Pure Life – Organic Sprouted Date & Walnut
$18.08Biodynamic sprouted Wheat and Rye bread with non organic dates and non organic walnuts. All low in fat, no added yeast, no additives. Why sprouted grain? Sprouted grain breads are significantly higher in protein, vitamins and the complex starches are converted into natural sugars. As much as ten to twenty times more nutrients are found in sprouted seeds compared to processed seeds.

Pure Life – Organic Sprouted Khorasan
$16.17Khorasan is an ancient wheat grain believed to originate from the Fertile Crescent in the Middle East. When compared with common, modern day wheat, khorasan has a higher level of proteins and minerals such as zinc and selenium which are vital antioxidants nutrients. The grain itself is much larger than common wheat as about twice the size and is much lighter in colour. Our sprouted khorasan loaf is popular for its milk, slightly nutty flavour. It is perfect for those looking for a high energy food and is a great alternative for people sensitive to modern wheat. it contains gluten however some people with sensitivities can tolerate the gluten in khorasan.
